I have been a patient of PremierMED for quite a few years now, and have to say that Carolyn is by far one of the best care facilitators I have... encountered. She embodies the meaning of what a Healthcare Professional is. She is knowledgeable and caring, and takes the time to get to know the patient. UPDATE!: Dr Langley took care of the issue once I got the attention of the right person. I have been back since for another exam and was properly... billed. The DR took time to discuss my issues. I am very happy here and Dr Langley is great. I will continue to use their services. Therefore I have bumped them back up to a 5 star rating. Like everywhere these days we should get an itemized receipt at the time of service.My original complaint:Patient beware! My first visit went well and liked the people I dealt with. I went in for my yearly "free" well check (physical) and found it to be the least thorough of any of my yearly check ups AND the Dr added a code which cost me a co-pay. When I approached them they didn't care and said because we discussed my medical issues so an additional code was added. I have heard of doctors doing this which adds to their bottom line. The Dr who recommended them will no longer do so, nor will I recommend them. I'll be searching once again for a new PCP since my previous retired.read more

I am extremely pleased with PremierMed! Dr. Roberts, Misty, and staff are amazing. I have never experienced the level of care and dedication from a... PCP that I received from them - and on my very first patient visit!At our first appointment, Dr. Roberts was extremely thorough and spent quality time with my daughter and me. Although it is a busy practice, he made us feel as if we were his only patients. He also told me if we needed anything, to message him.Approximately a week later, I sent him a message regarding the need for a test that had been requested for my daughter. Dr. Roberts messaged me back right away and quickly made accommodations with Misty to complete the test needed, same day, in their office. Dr. Roberts then spent additional (and unscheduled) time with my daughter to address her health care needs and provided intervention on her behalf. Without being asked, he became one of her advocates!This office provides something that is very hard to find these days. They truly care about their patients. They are compassionate, understanding and very responsive. We are not just another charge number or case file to them.Finding qualified, in-network providers who truly care, can be daunting. Not with this office! The level of care and concern already shown to me and my daughter (and in such a short amount of time) confirms that Dr. Roberts and his staff at PremierMed, are top-notch! They have more than exceeded my expectations and have set the bar very high for other medical providers.read more

I've been going to PremierMed Family Practice for over 8 year...Always an excellent experience - today was no different, however my experience today... should be shared and underscored to highlight the brilliance and the masterful skills of the Doctors of this practice. Last Sunday I had a bad fall accident - I was rushed to the ER - I had to had to have my head stapled. I didn't want to go back to the ER to have them removed so I went to PremierMed - the staples were lounged deep making them hard to remove along with new hair growth around the staples it was pain magnified to 10 times to the the 10th power 🙁 ... However, @Dr. Ganovsky and @Maggie did it!!! ...They took them out in record time - painful but they did it with precision - care - delicate handling making it tolerable. I'm glad I did not go back to the ER. Thank you both for a great experience today. I highly recommend this practice.Thank you @Dr. Ganovsky and @Maggie.. my head feels better!!!read more

Hometown: Windsor, Ontario, Canada
Education: Bachelors of Science with Honors from University of Western Ontario; Doctor of Medicine AUC School of Medicine; Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine Residency.

Ed Roberts, MD was born in Canada where he earned his Bachelor of Science with honors specialization in genetics from University of Western Ontario. He graduated from AUC School of Medicine where he also met his wife, Anri. He completed family medicine training at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine at Phelps Hospital Program in Sleepy Hollow, NY. Having trained in full spectrum medicine extending from pediatrics, women’s health and geriatrics, he is accepting both new and existing patients. He is an avid sports fan and continues to play hockey in the sunshine state. He enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife and daughter. He would be honored to serve as your primary care physician at PremierMED™ | Family & Sports Medicine.
