You will need an active Patient Portal, to schedule this – please see the tab on our website ‘Patient Resources‘ to get set up with the portal, or go to the link at the top of the page “Patient Login” or call 407-581-9065 option 3 to get set up.

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE:

Our office is staying open as a community health resource, however, we are working as a community to minimize exposure risk of the rapidly evolving coronavirus. We need your help. Communities that respond quickly to recommendations put forth by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) are showing higher containment levels. Your safety is our priority, so in an effort to keep you healthy & safe we are offering E-Visits (Telemedicine) in order to continue serving our patients who may be sick. This can be billed to your insurance, and you pay your portion (deductible, co-insurance, or copay) and simply requires that you activate your secure online portal access. Doing this will help us reduce the spread of the virus.
